Refund policy

If any product should not meet your satisfaction, We would like the chance to fix it so please drop us an email with your order number and the issue described and we will work our magic to make it right for you.

If items are being returned, please send it back to us using the return address on your shipping label.

We will provide no hassle refunds for items that are 

  • Faulty (broken, split)
  • Not as described (Incorrect items)
  • Unwanted (Unopened) 

For any other reasons, we will review within 48 hours and email a resolution response, please note we may not be able to provide a full/partial refund in every return situation and we will provide rationale when we respond.

Please ensure you return the items to the return address on the shipping label within a 30 day period (any returns from , once returned we will process a full refund (Including return delivery charges, Maximum £3 unless extra cost can be evidenced)
