Shipping Policy for Sages of Spice

At Sages of Spice, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and related matters.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within [2–4 business days] after payment is received. (Express 1-2 day dispatch)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK Standard Delivery: [3–5 business days]

    • UK Express Delivery: [1–2 business days]

    • International Delivery: [5–15 business days], depending on destination and customs.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the UK and selected international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

  • Sages of Spice is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • If international delivery is unable to be processed you reserve the right to cancel the order and obtain a full refund if alternative arrangements cannot be agreed

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
