Passed down from the legendary pitmasters of the Western frontier—grill masters who could coax perfection from flame with nothing but instinct and iron—CSGP is an evolved take on the timeless SPG rub.

Chilli, Salt, Garlic, Pepper form the sacred core, but this blend doesn’t stop there. Infused with a smoky, complex fire, Aleppo and Chipotle chilli bring warmth and depth, enhancing the bold character of roasted garlic. A foundation of black lava and kosher salt amplifies flavour, while organic ground pepper cuts through with clarity.

Brown sugar adds a touch of dark sweetness to round it all out, bound by subtle traces of mustard, oregano, and onion powder, tying the flavours together like the final stitch in a well-worn apron.


How to Use

  • Apply generously to your steak—this is no time for subtlety.

  • Let it rest: Coat and refrigerate at least 24 hours before cooking.

  • Bring to room temp: Take your steak out 20 minutes before it hits the flame.

  • Cook to your preference, though we humbly lean toward Rare to Medium for best flavour expression.
