We used a Sweet and smoky paprika base and brown sugar, complimented by Garlic, Onion, and Cayenne pepper amongst other earthy and spicy notes which give a sweet and spicy pinch, and to top it off dressed with Ancho, Habanero and Chipotle Flakes to really stoke the fire within.
